Calendar Guidelines

Overview

Lets set some ground rules . Each calendar should not be too cluttered; that's the advantage of having multiple calendars. Users can choose to turn off calendars but we still should be careful about posting events in too many places. Your cooperation in not spamming the calendars is appreciated!

Here's the concept: Events should go only where they logically belong. EX. A small picnic in Coon Rapids broadcast on every calendar is unlikely to be attended by folks from Burnsville. Your SD calendar would be fine and perhaps a few SDs near yours but it may not belong on the CD3 calendar. The exception might be for your annual SD fundraiser.

The Guidelines

General Interest
This calendar is likely to have the largest number of entries. It includes non-DFL events related to political and social issues.
