Here is a web page you can edit and add to while you collect your Team's info. To edit, double click the page (you must be logged in) or click the pencil and paper icon. Yes, all of you can edit the same pages.

I'd suggest making the first page a map to other pages you create -kind of like a table of contents. Making new pages is a snap -get into edit mode for this page, type the name of your new page and surround the name with double parentheses. Click save. Now just look for the page name you made and click the little question mark and it will bring you to your new page. Then edit that one all you like. Make new pages from there -the possibilities are endless!

Think about what this means -your group is creating an online publication and document resource that has all your information in it and can continually evolve to meet your needs. (We can also make secure pages if you like.)
